Case study: market research (food and beverage)

Our european client wanted to understand the main drivers and actors in the dairy industrial food producers market in US. We were able to present a comprehensive picture of the main players between the thousands of milk producers and dairy food industries providing a data analysis as well as a qualitative understanding with an interactive map that we have built for their sales teams. This allowed us to identify several relevant new business opportunities for our client.

Case study: new EssaS offer design (Energy savings)

To reach out a new market with a new energy efficiency offer using artificial intelligence and IoT sensors within industrial plants, we have worked with the client to design a new offer using the EsaaS model (Energy savings as a Service: a shared savings concept), considering the different steps as the commercial, contractual and technical ones, as well as the economics and timeline.

Case study: Business Development (Services)

How to reach out new B2B customers, when your offer is not very well known yet, and in a very constraint period like the pandemic one ? After listening different customers and many creative discussions, we suggested our client to launch several social selling campaigns targeting some specific profiles on a 3 levels approach: connect, interest, contact. We could then enlarge, nurture and convert the audience!

Some insights.

Some indicators are relevant to estimate interesting trends.

  • In 2016, the global greenhouse gas emission was estimated at 49.4 Gt CO2eq. It was caused at 3/4 by the energy use (Industry 24%, transport 16%, buildings 17%) and by the agriculture (18%).

  • In 10 years the average costs of renewable energies had become cheaper than the legacy sources of electric power generation (LCOE).

  • At the same time, the cost of batteries has dropped. It can be assumed that the combination of renewable and storage will soon become a standard.
